Ingredients:

  • 2 spaghetti squash
  • 1 small roll of breakfast turkey sausage

  • 6 oz package of pepperoni
  • Shredded cheese (mozzarella, 3 cheese blend)
  • 2 jars of Classico 4 Cheese Blend spaghetti sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preparation:
    • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
    • Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. It might require some effort!
    • Rub each half of the spaghetti squash with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
    • Place the squash halves face-down on a baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes, or until tender.
