  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar substitute of your choice
  • 2 eggs
  • 3-4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
  2. Prepare Blueberries: Rinse the blueberries and pat them dry with paper towels. Set aside.
