Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Microwave the cheeses in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth. Be careful not to overcook.
- Once the cheese is melted, allow it to cool slightly before adding the eggs. This prevents the eggs from scrambling when mixed.
- Beat the eggs lightly and then add them to the melted cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper (if using) to the mixture. Mix until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
