Keto Cheeseburger Meatloaf

2lbs ground beef 80/20
2 eggs
1/2c grated parmesan cheese (I used the kind in the green can)
1 small diced onion
2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1. Mix all ingredients together and make into a loaf shape.
2. Place in a lightly sprayed oven safe dish
3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour
Serve with sugar free ketchup.
