Chicken Nugget Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Egg whites for dipping
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Breading Ingredients:

  • Moon Cheese, crushed (enough to coat the chicken)
  • GNC cheese puffs, crushed (or any keto-friendly cheese puffs)
  • Optional: Additional seasonings to taste

Fat Bomb Ingredients:

  • Your favorite fat bomb recipe or store-bought fat bombs

Instructions:

For the Chicken Nuggets:
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg white, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine crushed Moon Cheese and crushed GNC cheese puffs. Optionally, add additional seasonings to the breading mixture for extra flavor.
  5. Coat each egg-dipped chicken piece in the cheese mixture, pressing the coating firmly onto the chicken.
  6. Place the coated chicken nuggets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
  7. Air fry at 400°F for approximately 8 minutes or until the nuggets are golden brown and cooked through. You may need to turn them halfway through for even crispiness.
