  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing (make sure it’s keto-friendly)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
  • 1 lb frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain well
