    INGREDIENTS

    1 ½ cup Heavy whipping cream

    1/3 cup Cocoa powder

    3 tbsp granulated Stevia or other low carb sweetener to taste

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Place the heavy whipping cream and sweetener in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment.
    2. Mix on medium-low speed until thicken.
    3. Add cacao powder and beat until stiff peaks form.
    4. Divide between serving glasses.
    5. Decorate as you wish and serve.
