White Chocolate Peanut Butter Nut Clusters

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup White Chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts (salted)
  • 1/4 cup Milk Chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil

Instructions:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and natural peanut butter. Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds or until melted, then stir until smooth.
  2. Add the salted peanuts to the melted white chocolate and peanut butter mixture. Stir until the peanuts are evenly coated.
  3. Using a teaspoon, scoop dollops of the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined pan, spacing them apart.
  4. In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips and coconut oil together for 30 seconds. Stir until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the melted milk chocolate over the peanut clusters on the pan.
  6. Place the pan in the freezer for 45 minutes or until the clusters are set.
  7. Once set, remove the clusters from the freezer and store them in an airtight container or bag in the refrigerator or freezer.
