Coconut Lemon Fat Bombs and Mint Chocolate Cups:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams coconut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons powdered Swerve
For Lemon Coconut:
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
For Chocolate Mint:
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon mint extract

Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the coconut butter, coconut oil, and powdered Swerve. Melt together in the microwave until smooth.
- For the Lemon Coconut flavor, stir in 1 teaspoon of lemon juice until well combined.
- For the Chocolate Mint flavor, add 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder to the melted mixture, then stir in 1 teaspoon of mint extract until thoroughly incorporated.
