Keto Cookie Dough Fat Bombs Turned Cookies Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • Leftover Keto cookie dough fat bomb mixture
  • Coconut flour and almond flour (amounts may vary based on leftover dough consistency)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder (forgot to mention earlier)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Take the leftover keto cookie dough fat bomb mixture and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
  3. Add coconut flour, almond flour, and baking powder to the dough mixture. The exact amounts may vary depending on the consistency of the dough. Start with a small amount of each and adjust as needed until the dough reaches a cookie dough consistency.
  4. Crack the eggs into the mixing bowl with the dough and mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to portion out the dough and place it onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  6. Use your hands or the back of a spoon to flatten each cookie slightly, as they will not spread much during baking.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are set and lightly golden around the edges.
  8. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
