1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 oz cream cheese
1 cup almond flour
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir well. If the cheeses are not completely melted, microwave in 15-second intervals until fully melted and combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
