Ingredients:
- Low-carb tortillas
- Avocado oil spray
- Shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, etc.

Instructions:
- Prep the Tortillas:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) or your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray both sides of the low-carb tortillas with avocado oil spray.
- Cut the tortillas into triangles to make your nacho chips.
- Air Fry or Bake:
