keto no bake chocolate eclair recipe
Ingredients:
For the Eclair Base:

Instructions:
- Make the Eclair Base:
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, powdered erythritol, cocoa powder, almond butter, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape each into an eclair shape (elongated logs). Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate. Place in the freezer to set while you prepare the filling and glaze.
