Here’s a detailed recipe for Keto Pita Chips:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, melted
  • 1.5 cups almond flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the shredded mozzarella cheese in the microwave until it’s completely melted and smooth. This usually takes about 1-2 minutes, but keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
  4. Once the cheese is melted, add the almond flour to the bowl and mix well until a dough forms.
  5. Place another piece of parchment paper on your work surface and transfer the dough onto it.
  6. Place another piece of parchment paper on top of the dough and use a rolling pin to roll it out into a thin, even layer. Aim for about 1/8 inch thickness.
  7. Use a pizza cutter to cut the rolled-out dough into desired shapes, such as triangles for pita chips.
  8. Carefully transfer the cut dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the pita chips are golden brown and crispy. If you prefer them crispier, you can bake them for a few minutes longer.
  10. Once done, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the pita chips cool on the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
