For the breadsticks:

For the topping:

  • 1/4 cup low-carb pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, olives, etc.)


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the cheeses are melted and well combined.
  3. Mix in the almond flour, egg, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until a dough forms.
  4. Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and use your hands to press and shape it into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Bake the dough in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until it’s lightly golden.
  6. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the low-carb pizza sauce over the top.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and your chosen toppings evenly over the sauce.
  8. Return the breadsticks to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing into breadsticks.
