Keto Protein Shake


  • 1 scoop of keto-friendly protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 4-5 ice cubes


  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add more ice if you want a thicker shake.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
