Keto Seven-Layer Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- Romaine Lettuce:
- Cucumbers:
- Cherry Tomatoes:
- Cooked Bacon:
- Hard-Boiled Eggs:
- Avocado:
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese:
- Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare Ingredients:
- Cook and crumble the bacon.
- Hard-boil and chop the eggs.
- Dice the cucumbers and avocado, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Layer the Salad:
- In a large salad bowl or a trifle dish, layer the ingredients in the following order:
- Romaine lettuce
- Cucumbers
- Cherry tomatoes
- Crumbled bacon
- Hard-boiled eggs
- Diced avocado
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Prepare Dressing:
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Top the Salad:
- Spread the dressing evenly over the top of the salad.
- Chill:
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve:
