Ingredients:
Quesadilla Sauce:
- 1/4 cup Duke’s Mayo
- 3/4 tsp Monkfruit (or any keto-friendly sweetener)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Steak:
- 1 box of Steak Um
- 1/2 packet of Taco Seasoning
Quesadilla Assembly:
- Shredded cheese (keto-friendly)
- Low-carb tortillas (such as Mission)
- Butter (for frying)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Quesadilla Sauce:
- In a bowl, combine Duke’s Mayo, Monkfruit, cumin, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated. Set aside.
2. Cook the Steak:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the Steak Um to the skillet and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
- Cook the Steak Um, chopping it into smaller pieces as it cooks until it’s browned and cooked through. Set aside.
3. Quesadilla Assembly:
- Heat a skillet or electric skillet over medium heat. Place a layer of shredded cheese in the skillet.
- Lay a low-carb tortilla on top of the cheese and allow the cheese to melt and brown slightly on the bottom side of the tortilla. Then, flip the tortilla over.
