- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon (or sausage). Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Carefully stuff each jalapeno half with the cream cheese mixture. Depending on the size of the jalapenos, you may need to adjust the amount of filling.
- Arrange the stuffed jalapeno halves in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Place the filled jalapenos in the air fryer and cook at 325°F (160°C) for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, carefully remove the air fryer basket and switch the top and middle racks if you’re using multiple racks. This ensures even cooking.
- Return the basket to the air fryer and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes at 325°F (160°C) until the jalapenos are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Once cooked, carefully remove the stuffed jalapenos from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving platter.
