Ingredients:

  • Peanut Butter Crisp Fat Bombs:
    • Coconut oil
    • Peanut butter
    • Additional dry ingredients of choice
  • Elvis Presley Fat Bombs:
    • Coconut oil
    • Peanut butter
    • Banana flavoring or mashed banana (for taste)
    • Additional dry ingredients of choice

Instructions:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt together coconut oil and peanut butter for both types of fat bombs until smooth.
  2. For the Peanut Butter Crisp Fat Bombs, stir in any additional dry ingredients of your choice. This could include protein powder, cocoa powder, crushed nuts, or shredded coconut for texture.
  3. For the Elvis Presley Fat Bombs, add banana flavoring or mashed banana for the banana flavor. You can also add additional dry ingredients as desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds of your choice, such as heart-shaped molds for a cute touch.
