Uber Wings (with kenji tech)

Recipe:

Rub:

2/5th salt

1/5th cayenne pepper

1/5th baking powder

1/5th msg

Rub wings until they look reddish. Put on a oiled baking tray and cook at ~200ºC until they stop making the frying noise. At that point take the tray out and turn all the wings. Wait until the it starts smelling amazing. Turn one last time. Wait about 5m and take them off. I just eat them like that.

Takes about one hour to make them at that temp.
