zucchini lasagna
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound of ground turkey
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tblsp of avocado oil
- 5 zucchini’s chopped in coin shaped circles
- 2 tblsp of garlic powder
- 1 cp cottage cheese
- 1 pound of ricotta
- 2 cps of mozzarella
- 2 cups of Marinara
- Salt
- Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- Sauté ground turkey, onion, and avocado oil, add marinara….simmer until boiling
- In a large mixing bowl combine zucchini, garlic powder, cottage cheese, ricotta, salt, pepper
- Top with mozzarella
- Bake in over at 350 for 45 mins.
