Bacon Cheddar Chaffel Buns

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon almond flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)
  • Cooked bacon or bacon bits

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Waffle Iron:
    • Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Prepare Batter:
    • In a mixing bowl, scramble the egg.
    • Add almond flour and shredded Cheddar cheese to the scrambled egg.
    • Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Cook Chaffel Buns:
    • Once the waffle iron is heated, spray it with non-stick cooking spray if needed.
    • Place half of the batter onto the waffle iron, spreading it evenly.
