INGREDIENTS

  • 10 ounces salmon
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat oven to 450°F or air fryer Cut salmon up into quarter sized pieces Make spice blend then toss salmon bites in and evenly coat them all Take a bite in one hand then take the bacon and roll the bacon around the salmon. Once bacon has wrapped fully cut the excess bacon off and secure the bacon on salmon with a toothpick. Note in the end you’ll have a few small pieces you’ll have to put together Bake salmon in preheated oven or air fryer for 20 minutes. Remove and serve.

    NOTES

    Helpful Recipe Tips Wild caught or farm raised salmon, it doesn’t matter which you choose. For those that don’t know the difference farm raised has a higher fat content which brings flavor. Can I sub for turkey bacon, yes you can! Use the same method of wrapping but lower the temperature in your oven by 50 degrees in Fahrenheit.
