Ingredients: (Serves 6)

✅ 2 lbs (900g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
✅ 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
✅ 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
✅ 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
✅ 1 cup ranch dressing (sugar-free for keto)
✅ 1/2 cup sour cream
✅ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
✅ 1/2 tsp onion powder
✅ 1/2 tsp paprika
✅ Salt & pepper, to taste
✅ 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)


Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

2️⃣ Mix Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, ranch dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in half of the cheddar & mozzarella cheese and half of the crumbled bacon.

3️⃣ Assemble & Bake

  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  • Top with the remaining cheese and bacon.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

4️⃣ Garnish & Serve

  • Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
