Ingredients: (Serves 6)
2 lbs (900g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup ranch dressing (sugar-free for keto)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat & Prepare
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
Mix Ingredients
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, ranch dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in half of the cheddar & mozzarella cheese and half of the crumbled bacon.
Assemble & Bake
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese and bacon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish & Serve
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
