Cucumber Salad(Keto- Low Carb)
Ingredients
4 cups sliced Baby Cucumbers�
1 cup chopped tomatoes�
3/4 cup feta, crumbled�
3/4 cup olives (any variety or mixed)
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
In a small jar combine the oil, Italian seasoning lemon juice and garlic salt. Shake well and set aside.
In a mixing bowl combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, olives and fresh dill. Toss with the dressing.
Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes, then serve cold.
For the Dressing
2 tablespoons olive oil�
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon lemon juice
�1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
