Home Made egg white wraps

4 tablespoons of almond flour

1 & 3/4 cups of liquid egg whites

Mix til smooth, preferably in a bullet or something similar, heat non stick pan on medium, use oil of choice to lightly skim the pan, pour in mixture and roll the pan like you would if you were making crepes, maybe a 1/4 of a cup or less. Cook for 2-3 mins, flip and cook for another minute.
