Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (56 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (150 g) chopped sugar-free and nitrate-free bacon
- 1/4 cup (40 g) chopped dill pickles
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) full-fat sour cream
- 2 tbsp (8 g) chopped fresh dill or parsley (optional)

Directions:
- In a large bowl, stir together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pickles, sour cream, and herbs if using until well combined.
- Reserve 1/4 cup (37 g) of the chopped bacon for later and add the rest to the cheese mixture. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 15 equal portions and shape them into balls.
- Roll the balls in the reserved bacon bits and place them on a plate or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the bites for at least an hour or until firm.
