- 1 pound ground sausage (pork or turkey)
- 8 large eggs

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 can diced green chilies, drained
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and fully cooked. Remove from heat and drain any excess grease.
- Spread the cooked sausage evenly along the bottom of the prepared baking dish, creating a layer.
