Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, salt, and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top with a spatula.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the brownies to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Optional: You can also add some chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips to the batter before baking for added texture and flavor.
