Keto Cauliflower Cutlet

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 cup almond flour
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Cooking oil (such as avocado oil or coconut oil)
  • Instructions:
      1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
      2. Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until they are tender. Drain well and pat them dry using paper towels. You want to remove excess moisture to ensure crispy cutlets.
