- Sliced cheese (preferably cheddar or any other cheese of your choice)
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Cooking spray

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 120°C (250°F).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray to prevent the cheese from sticking.
- Take your sliced cheese and cut them into triangle shapes.
- Arrange the cheese triangles on the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave some space between each triangle.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the cheese triangles. You can adjust the amount according to your preference.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 70 minutes. This slow baking process will help dehydrate the cheese and make it crispy.
- After 70 minutes, carefully transfer the cheese triangles to an air fryer basket.
- Air fry the cheese triangles at 150°C (300°F) for about 4 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Once done, remove the cheese chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
