Ingredients:

  • Sliced cheese (preferably cheddar or any other cheese of your choice)
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 120°C (250°F).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray to prevent the cheese from sticking.
  3. Take your sliced cheese and cut them into triangle shapes.
  4. Arrange the cheese triangles on the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave some space between each triangle.
  5. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the cheese triangles. You can adjust the amount according to your preference.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 70 minutes. This slow baking process will help dehydrate the cheese and make it crispy.
  7. After 70 minutes, carefully transfer the cheese triangles to an air fryer basket.
  8. Air fry the cheese triangles at 150°C (300°F) for about 4 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  9. Once done, remove the cheese chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
