Keto Chicken Pizza
Cauliflower Crust:
Rice 1 head of Cauliflower (8 net carbs)

Mix with the following:
1 Egg
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (1 carb)
handful of shredded mixed cheese
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon toum (2 carbs)
salt to taste
ground pepper to taste
TOPPINGS

2 Chicken thighs SHREDDED
2 prosciutto strips SHREDDED
ALL THE GOATS CHEESE
Pesto (4 carbs)
Roasted Garlic (7 net carbs)
I baked the Cauliflower crust on a baking stone that I put parchment paper on 375 degrees and then I flipped. At that point things were looking pretty brown and crispy so I didn’t bake it again but if it was soggy I would have. Spread out that pesto, cover it with ALL THE GOATS CHEESE and the rest of the toppings. Then broil until melted!
Whole 16″ pie has about 22 carbs so about 2-3 carbs per slice. I am new to this so please let me know if my calculations are off.
