Keto Chocolate Frosty

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-carb milk of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol (or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener, adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the unsweetened almond milk, heavy cream, unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add the ice cubes to the blender.
  3. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times to ensure everything is well mixed.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness, if needed, by adding more sweetener.
  5. Once you achieve the desired consistency and taste, pour the Keto Chocolate Frosty into a glass and enjoy immediately.
