Keto Grilled Cheese Bowl Bread
This recipe creates a delicious and satisfying keto-friendly grilled cheese sandwich without a strong eggy taste. Feel free to customize by adding your favorite keto-friendly toppings or condiments.

- 4 tbsp almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter, softened

Instructions:
- Prepare the Bowl:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and cheddar cheese.
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
- Mix the dry ingredients until well combined.
- Add Wet Ingredients:
- Add the egg and softened butter to the dry ingredients.
- Mix Thoroughly:
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until you have a smooth batter. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Microwave:
- Microwave the mixture for 90 seconds. The bread should rise and become firm.
- Let it Cool:
- Allow the bread to cool for a few minutes before handling.
