This Low Carb Crab Salad whips together quickly and brings a bit of summer to lunchtime.

INGREDIENTS
16 oz shredded crab meat or surimi
½ medium bell pepper chopped
1-2 T. lemon juice
2 T. finely minced onion
½ tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
2 T. Mayonnaise
4 T. Greek yogurt (full fat)
1/8 tsp. salt or to taste.
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium mixing bowl stir all ingredients together.
Garnish as desired with avocado, celery sticks, cucumber slices, etc.
Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
NOTES
Carbs are low but will vary depending on type of meat used, and condiments. To varied to give a meaningful count.
