  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of your favorite keto-friendly bread (almond flour bread or cloud bread works well)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped dill pickles, chopped celery, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
