Keto Nutella Ice Cream
Ingredients:
Ingredient for Nutella:
1 cup of hazelnuts
Cocoa powder 55 gram
Almond milk ½ cup
Avocado or olive oil 2 tablespoons
Kosher salt ¼ teaspoon
5 to 6 tablespoons of powdered xylitol Allulose
2 tablespoons
Ingredients for ice cream:
Whipping cream 1 cup (fresh)
5 eggs (at room temperature)
Lakanto Golden Monk sweetener ½ cup
Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
Unsweetened milk (almond or coconut)
Keto Nutella 1 cup
Vodka 2 teaspoons
Notes on ingredients:
Vodka:
The use of vodka in this recipe helps us to remove iciness. From this, the taste of ice cream is become creamy.
Unsweetened milk:
The use of unsweetened milk in this recipe helps to make it sugar-free.
Hazelnuts: Use the keto hazelnuts for this recipe; try to use the roasted nuts.
Instructions:
To make keto-friendly nutella:
Switch on the oven and warm up at 215 Fahrenheit.
Take a plain baking tray and add the butter paper to it.
Add the estimated amount of hazelnuts to the baking sheet, and rest them in the oven to roast for 5 to 6 minutes.
After roasting the hazelnuts place them into the paper towel.
Rub them with light hands such that their skin becomes peeled off, if the skin does not peel properly that means the nut aristo is roasted finely.
Rest the nuts to become at room temperature.
If you are already using the roasted nuts; then skip these steps.
Add the roasted hazelnut into the sharp mixer and blend it.
Further, add other ingredients of Nutella, like milk, sweetener, and pinch of salt, oil (coconut or almond), cocoa powder, Allulose, and xylitol.
Blend these ingredients to make the texture of the Nutella.

Now we are moving to make ice cream follow all the steps:
To make this recipe we use the ice cream machine for the good results.
Take a large bowl crack all the eggs and add the vodka, golden monk sweetener, vanilla extract, some milk, and 1 cup of Nutella which we make.
Mix all the other ingredients of ice cream until fully combined.
Now take and pan and add some nuts to roast them, while roosting keep an eye on them because there is a chance of burning.
Additionally, add the heavy cream to these nuts and stir it with a spatula to boil.
To make this process easy and quick: use the non-stick pan to avoid the chance of burning.
Now add the mixture of Nutella, eggs, or vodka in it which we combined.
Heat it for a couple of minutes, off the flame when the liquid is heated properly.
Take another bowl and add the mixture to it to reach room temperature.
Top the ice cream with some roasted nuts; it’s optional you can skip it because it’s not compulsory.
For this recipe in an ice machine, you can skip the addition of vodka in the mixture.
Put all the mixture into the machine and leave it for 10 to 12 hours to become creamy.
You also have the option to leave for the whole night, it’s up to you.
If you don’t have a machine then place it in the freezer in an airtight or sealed bowl and leave it for 15 to 20 hrs.

As we all know do not store the ice cream in the fridge. It became melted or watery.
Freezer:
The best way to make our recipe good is to keep it in to freezer for 24 hrs.
At room temperature:
Do not keep the ice cream at room temperature. The texture becomes useless.
