KETO PEANUT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

Cake Ingredients:

 

 

Dry

  • 2 tbsp of PB2/PB Fit
  • 1 tbsp of Cocoa Powder
  • 2-3 tbsp of sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt

Wet

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp of Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract

PB Sauce Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp of PB2/PB Fit
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 2 tsp of sweetener
  • Add water until your preferred consistency.

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Melt the butter in your mug then add to the wet ingredients and stir. Combine with the dry ingredients and transfer to the mug and microwave for 90 seconds. Drizzle sauce on top and dig in!
