Ingredients

- ▢1 cup sour cream (250g)
- ▢1/4 cup water (60g)
- ▢1 tablespoon Keto Ranch Seasoning
Instructions
CONVENTIONAL METHOD
- In a large bowl combine all the ingredients. Transfer to an airtight jar.
THERMAL METHOD
- Place all the ingredients into the mixer; mix 30 sec/speed 4.

STORAGE
Store in the fridge in an airtight jar for up to 1 week. Ranch Spice Mix will keep fresh in an airtight jar for up to 3 months.
SERVINGS
The nutritional has been calculated for a heaped tablespoon of dressing.
The ranch seasoning will make 12 cups of dressing mix.
SUBSTITUTES
To make the ranch dressing dairy free swap nut milk or coconut yogurt for the sour cream.
For a vegan alternative also replace the mayonnaise with a vegan mayo.
