Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (about 14.75 ounces each) of salmon (bones and skin removed, drained)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Salmon:
    • Open the cans of salmon and drain them well. Use a fork to flake the salmon into small pieces in a large mixing bowl, ensuring that any remaining bones and skin are removed.
