One lb. ground sausage
½ teaspoon onion powder
2 cups almond flour

One egg yolk
½ tsp. garlic powder
One tsp. Italian seasoning
INGREDIENT NOTES:
ALMOND FLOUR:
Make the base of the dough with almond flour, which gives it structure and a bread-like texture while keeping it low in carbohydrates. Use fine almond flour for the smoothest finish.
MOZZARELLA CHEESE:
