- 1 stick of butter
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup Lily’s Dark Chocolate chips

Instructions:
- In a pot on the stove, combine the stick of butter, heavy cream, and Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener.
- Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring often, until it turns a nice golden bronze color. This should take around 10 minutes, and the mixture will bubble, rise, and grow in the pot.
- Remove the pot from the heat and add in the pecans, stirring until they are well coated.
- Let the mixture cool for about 2 minutes.
