Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1 stalk of celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 handful of almond flour
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Salted butter (for frying)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, chopped celery, chopped onion, eggs, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
