Ingredients:
- Large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or butter lettuce) or low-carb tortillas (look for ones with the lowest net carbs)
- 4-6 slices of deli turkey
- 4-6 slices of deli chicken
- 2-3 slices of cooked bacon (you can use turkey bacon if preferred)
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing (look for a low-carb or keto-friendly version)
Optional toppings:
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced avocado
- Sliced cucumber
- Red onion slices
- Pickles
Instructions:
- If using lettuce leaves, wash and dry them thoroughly. If using low-carb tortillas, warm them up briefly in a microwave or on a stovetop to make them more pliable.
- Lay the lettuce leaves or tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Layer the deli turkey and chicken slices on top of the lettuce leaves or tortillas.
- Crumble the cooked bacon and distribute it over the turkey and chicken.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the bacon.
- Drizzle the ranch dressing on top of the cheese.
- Add any optional toppings you desire, such as sliced tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, red onion, or pickles.
- Roll up the lettuce leaves or tortillas tightly, enclosing all the ingredients.
- If using lettuce leaves, secure the wrap with toothpicks to hold it together.
