Low carb turkey,chicken, bacon ranch wrap

Ingredients:

  • Large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or butter lettuce) or low-carb tortillas (look for ones with the lowest net carbs)
  • 4-6 slices of deli turkey
  • 4-6 slices of deli chicken
  • 2-3 slices of cooked bacon (you can use turkey bacon if preferred)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing (look for a low-carb or keto-friendly version)

Optional toppings:

  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced avocado
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Red onion slices
  • Pickles

Instructions:

  1. If using lettuce leaves, wash and dry them thoroughly. If using low-carb tortillas, warm them up briefly in a microwave or on a stovetop to make them more pliable.
  2. Lay the lettuce leaves or tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  3. Layer the deli turkey and chicken slices on top of the lettuce leaves or tortillas.
  4. Crumble the cooked bacon and distribute it over the turkey and chicken.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the bacon.
  6. Drizzle the ranch dressing on top of the cheese.
  7. Add any optional toppings you desire, such as sliced tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, red onion, or pickles.
  8. Roll up the lettuce leaves or tortillas tightly, enclosing all the ingredients.
  9. If using lettuce leaves, secure the wrap with toothpicks to hold it together.
  10. Slice the wraps in half, if desired, and serve immediately.
