Salt
Slice radishes thin with food processor or mandoline
Soak 10 minutes to remove some bitterness
Pat completely dry with paper towel
Cut parchment to fit microwaveable plate
Spray parchment with avocado spray
Lay radishes on the parchment in a single layer
Spray with avocado oil
Microwave on high 2-3 minutes (depending on your microwave)
Flip radishes and microwave 1 minute Flip and repeat until brown
For me it was 2.5 minutes
Take out, salt and let cool 1 minute
It crisps up in this cooling time.
So delicious!
