Creamy Pasta with Asparagus & Bacon
Ingredients:
- 2 large zucchinis
- 6-8 slices of bacon
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
- Prepare the zucchini noodles:
- Use a spiralizer to create zucchini noodles (zoodles). If you don’t have a spiralizer, you can use a julienne peeler or a sharp knife to cut the zucchini into thin, pasta-like strips. Set aside.
