Here’s a detailed recipe for air-fried bell pepper nachos:

Ingredients:

  • 1 block of Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 can of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 3 large bell peppers (any color you prefer)
  • Taco seasoning (you can use store-bought or make your own with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt)

Instructions:

  1. Start by preparing the Rotel dip. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the Velveeta cheese, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Once melted, add the can of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies. Stir until well combined and heated through. Set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat, then add taco seasoning to the cooked ground beef. Stir well to combine, ensuring the beef is evenly coated with the seasoning. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly, then slice them into thin strips or rounds, whichever you prefer. Remove the seeds and membranes from the inside of the peppers.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
