Keto Biscuits
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
For the Butter Brush:
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Wet Ingredients:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and ricotta cheese until smooth and well combined.
2. Mix the Dry Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
3. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until a uniform dough forms.
