Just nailed the perfect keto bread recipe  Super simple with cream cheese, mozzarella, almond flour, and a few other pantry staples. Pop it in the oven, top with cheddar and jalapeños, and voila – cheesy goodness in every bite! Perfect for sandwiches or snacking

 

Keto Bread Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups mozzarella
  • 2 eggs (1 for egg wash)
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Jalapeños (optional)
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the cream cheese and mozzarella. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir, and microwave for an additional minute until melted and well combined.
  3. Add one egg, almond flour, and baking powder to the melted cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough evenly into 6 portions and shape them into balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. In a small bowl, beat the remaining egg and brush it over the top of each dough ball.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of each dough ball. You can also add jalapeños for extra flavor if desired.
  7. Season the dough balls with salt according to your taste.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through. Adjust the baking time if needed based on your altitude.
  9. Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
  10. Enjoy your homemade keto bread! You can use it for sandwiches, as a side dish, or with your favorite toppings.

Variations:

  • You can shape the dough into bagels, pizza crust, biscuits, or any other desired form.
  • Experiment with different toppings such as bacon, pepperoni, coarse salt, or everything bagel seasoning.
  • For a sweet variation, add cinnamon, nuts, and cranberries to the dough for a breakfast bread.
  • Serve with avocado, eggs, and bacon for a delicious breakfast sandwich.
